ERIC HALSELL / PRESIDENT : Producer, Line-Producer, Writer, Lead-Editor, Actor, Arms-Master, Motion Graphics and Graphic Designer. Eric wears many hats, has constructed our business and product-offering models, and still loves to get in the trenches with the crew, where his solid, "people first" management style and nose to the grindstone work ethic always shine. Well-rounded in all aspects of production, from concept to final cut, there is no project out there Eric cannot help you fulfill on a budget that works for you or your company.  
                             
DANIEL ROBINSON / EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT : Score Composer, Sound Designer, ADR and Foley Recordist, Dan Robinson runs our full-service, cutting-edge recording studio. Dan came to the fold with an incredible composition re'sume' and a facility that has elevated Dissolve Picture's production values far beyond our film budgets. Dynamic, accurate and artful scoring and sound-scape design are now available to your project at prices well below the Hollywood norm thanks to Dan. We are proud to have him as a partner and a resource we can extend to you.
 
SEAN-MICHAEL ARGO / VICE PRESIDENT : Producer, Writer, Editor, Actor, and our voice to Hollywood, Sean-Michael guides our indie-film sales efforts.
You will be hard pressed to find a more savvy producer, and his advice and consultation to indie filmakers are indispensable where artistic decisions effect profitablity.
Like all film makers, Sean-Michael has a pet department... fight coreography and stunt coordination are his passions.
 
LEO SMITH / DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY : Our DP, Lead Editor and
First Camera, Leo is the hand that brings our commercial and artistic visions to life on the screen. No production house can claim it's title without a pro in this position, and Leo is one of the best, hands down. Commercially and cinematically, you will find Leo as professional and easy to work with as any DP available, and his passion for perfection will hone your project as it comes alive on the screen.		  
     
MATTHEW BELL / SECOND CAMERA : Matthew "Hippie" Bell is our Head of Second Unit and general camera guru. Matthew's years of live event, music video and commercial project experience has made him a natural fit in the Dissolve lineup, and his hard-working yet friendly demeanor grants him a level of easy professionalism that we love on the set.  
IAN ARGO / GAFF & ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT HEAD : Our resident lighting master is Ian Argo, and watching this guy work will make YOU tired. His knowledge of the techniques, equipment, and applicable methods of Cinematic and Commercial lighting is only "outshined" by how hard this guy works. If he's not setting up a shot, he's gripping with PA's to ensure the next one is ready when Leo calls for a camera move. One of the very first original members of Dissolve Pictures, we are proud to have Ian as our lead gaffer. (Ian also plays the infamous "Dennis" character in 2 Dissolve Pictures films!)  
   
CASEY HALSELL / HAIR-MAKEUP-WARDROBE DEPARTMENT HEAD :
Casey came to Dissolve Pictures from the frenetic world of Dallas fashion shows and
high-end salons. A hair and makeup stylist par-excellence and costuming genius, Casey keeps our productions moving smoothly and looking sharp. She guides her department with a professional, no-drama attitude. Casey also enjoys acting in our features.
   
JESS DOUGLASS / GAFF AND ELECTIRIC :
Another of the original Dissolve crew, Jess is one of the hardest working women in film.
She is invaluable to our production values, and works along side Ian Argo to power and light our projects. Jess is constantly investigating new techniques for cinematic lighting and growing our shot-capabilities. Together with Ian, Jess represents a great advantage for Dissolve Pictures, LLC.
   
GREG TICHENOR / ART DEPARTMENT :
An incredible painter, sculptor and artist in his own right, Greg Tichenor now brings his visual design accumen to the screen with Dissolve Pictures. Though he started out as a fantastic Second-Assistant Director with us, he has transitioned to his permanent home in the Art Deparment, and is a welcome and usefull hand for all of us.		  
   
CHAD "REV" TERRY / EFFECTS DEPARTMENT :
Part Armory and Squib tech and part practical effects / makeup effects, Chad has hit the ground running with us. Chad puts real research into every single project we undertake to ensure that there is a level of realism to even the most fantastic of his effects. A first-rate tech overall and a great guy to have in effects specifically. He began his makeup effects career by outfitting his band, FRAIL, for theatric, frightening live performances.
     

CALEB "JIB" SHANER / ARMORY DEPARTMENT :
NRA Safety Instructor Certification is just one of the many safety and training cert's our resident firearms pro boasts. A great deal of fun to work with, yet deadly serious about safety, Jib is our lead Armory tech and brings with him a great deal of experience and expertise. When he, Chad and Eric walk onto your set, you can rest assured that tactics, safety and realism will be the benchmarks of your action sequences.
